论我国海外投资保险制度的建立

摘　　要：随着经济的繁荣,我国海外投资活动日渐增多,对海外投资的保护也提到议事日程。但到目前为止,我国对海外投资的保护还很不力,各国已实行多年并行之有效的海外投资保险制度在我国仅具雏形。文章在分析国外相关制度的基础上,结合我国海外投资的具体实践,从保险制度的模式、承保机构、投保人、承保范围等方面对我国海外投资保险制度的建立提出了简要设计。Along with our economic prosperity, our country＇s overseas investment increases day after day, and overseas investment＇s protection has put in the agenda. So far, our country＇s overseas investment protection is not very strong, the effective overseas investment insurance system which has been practiced many years in various countries only forms initially in our country. Based on the analysis of overseas related system, this article unifies the concrete practice of our country＇s overseas investment, then proposes the brief de-sign for our country overseas investment insurance system＇s establishment from insurance system＇s pattern, insurance organization, policy holder, extent of guarantee and so on.
