摘　　要：随着中国经济的发展、城市面貌的改变,城市化已经成为社会发展不可抗拒的时代潮流。城市化是人类从落后走向文明不可抗拒的规律,城市拆迁成为一个不可回避的社会问题。文章针对当前城市拆迁中出现政府职责不清、安置补偿不合理等问题进行分析,并提出相应的政策建议。Along with the changes and development in China＇s cities, urbanization has become an irresistible trend of the times in social development. Urbanization is an irresistible law when people come from backwardness to civilization, while demolition of cities becomes an inescapable social problem. There are many questions about governments＇ obligations and unreasonable compensation in the compensation for demolition. This paper provides some corresponding policy recommendations.
