摘　　要：介绍了1种新型的直线电机驱动的杠杆式双作用双级液压增压装置,对系统的工作原理进行了分析,给出了工作原理图,并对系统的输出流量与输出力进行了分析计算,给出了相应的计算公式。该装置以直线电机作为动力源,以浮动支点杠杆为媒介,实现了液压油的封闭循环,减轻了油液对环境的污染。该装置技术功能较为完善,工作效率显著提高,是对复合传动绿色化设计的一种尝试。The working principle and graph of a new kind of double-acting pressure amplifier with two-step output hydraulic pressure based on levers driven by linear motor are introduced. After analysis and calculating of the output flow and output hydraulic pressure force, gave out the calculating formulae of output flow and output force. The whole system is driven by the linear motor. It has good effect of pressure amplifying through the transmission media of levers. The en- closed circulation of fluid oil is accomplished with decreasing the environment pollution caused by the oil. As an attempt of green design of complex transmission, this innovative device has superior technical functions and with much higher work- ing efficiency.
