摘　　要：主要探讨和研究了家用空调中的铜替代技术,结合相关规范,对"铜铝空调连接管"的应用技术和经济性进行了详细的研究,重点分析了铝管承压能力、耐腐蚀性,铜铝焊接可靠性等关键技术对系统的影响。结果表明铜铝空调连接管有较好的经济性和技术可行性,得出追求低成本、高效率、高质量的"铜替代"技术已成为空调业发展趋势的结论。Discussing and studying copper substitution technology in room air-conditioner,combining relevant standards, the technology and economy of ＂copper-aluminum connect tube in room air-conditioner＂ are studied in detail. The paper analyzed key technologies ： bearing press power, bearing causticity and reliability. The results showed that ＂Copper-aluminum connect tube＂ has preferably economy and technical feasibility. With low cost, high efficiency and good quality. Such ＂Copper Replacement＂ technique has been the development trend in conditioner.
