摘  要:以129、D9419和602、D0462共4个黄瓜品种为亲本,按照Griffing方法I配制双列杂交组合,对亲本、F1株高,采用加性-显性-上位性(ADAA)模型进行遗传分析。结果表明,黄瓜株高属于数量性状,以加性效应为主,狭义遗传力和广义遗传力分别为51.321%和67.888%。以高株129与矮株D0462两个亲本杂交的F2分离群体为基础,采用SSR分子标记构建遗传连锁图谱,利用复合区间定位方法对植株高度性状进行QTL定位。结果表明,CWGATT01A、CSWGATT01C和CSWTAAA013个标记位于同一连锁群上,连锁群长约51.5cM;检测到株高的两个QTL,两个QTL距离最近标记的图距分别为4.0cM和7.0cM;贡献率分别为23.02%和8.36%;加性效应分别为38.64%和28.13%。The parents and F1, F2 of 4×4 diallel crossing amomg four veriaties cucumbers 129, D9419, 602 and D0462 were carried about in this study by additive-dominance-epistation model (ADAA). The results showed that the plant height was mainly controlled by additive effect and the broad heritability and narrow heritability of cucumber were 51.321% and 67.888%. On the basis of F2 segregating population derived from combinations of 129 and D0462, a molecular marker linkage map was constructed with SSR marker, and QTL .analysis was performed with composite interval mapping (CIM). The results showed that CSWGATT01A, CSWGATT01C and CSWGAAA01 located to the same linkage group, the distance was 51.5 cM. Two QTL loci were detected, and the respective distance between QTL loci and marker was 4.0 cM and 7.0 cM, whose contribution rate was 23.02% and 8.36%, in addition, ,the additive effects were 38.64% and 28.13%.
