酒石酸泰乐菌素微球的制备及其稳定性的初步考察

摘  要:文章采用二步法制备酒石酸泰乐菌素明胶微球,并对其工艺进行了优化。同时对微球的外观、粒径与其分布、含量、稳定性等进行研究。结果表明,其平均粒径为11.26μm,粒径范围5~25μm的微球占83.7%,球内含药量43.75%。冰箱或室温放置时稳定。Gelatin microspheres of tartaric acid tylosin(TAT) were prepared by the two-step method, the preparation technique was optimized and the appearance, particle size and size distribution, TAT content, stability were studied. The results showed that the mean diameter of TAT-GMS was 11.26 um. There were 83.7% of the microspheres ranging from 5 um to 25 um. The drug content was 43.75%. The shape and drug content were stable for three months when being stored at room temperature or at 4 ℃.
