摘 要:针对水轮发电机转速较慢、实现快速精确测量相对较难的问题,提出了一种转速测量的新方案,通过高精度测量齿之间的电角度实现,并通过模拟实验和小机组实验验证了方案的有效性。在该方案的基础上研究了水轮发电机功角的测量方案。As one of the important measurement for power system monitoring, the rotary speed of hydro power generator is relatively slow, so that it is difficult to measure fast and accurately. In accordance with this characteristic,this paper puts forward a new scheme of rotary speed measurement. This scheme is able to improve real-time quality and precision of speed measurement through the high precision measurement of the electric angles between teeth. The results of simulation experiment and generating unit experiment verify the effectiveness of the new scheme. At the same time,on the base of the new scheme of rotary speed measurement, the paper further analyses the measurement scheme of hydropower generator's power angle.
