摘  要:将基于全控开关器件的电流源型变换器用于大型同步发电机励磁,采用正弦脉冲宽度调制(SPWM)技术控制开关状态。利用dq坐标系的间接电流控制实现对SPWM电流源型变换器功率双向流动的控制。验证了SPWM电流源型变换器带大电感负载运行的可行性。仿真试验表明,与传统可控硅励磁相比,整流时该励磁系统能向发电机端发出或吸收无功,逆变时能使励磁电流快速下降、加快励磁系统调节速度、发电机故障时实现交流灭磁。In modern power system, a high-efficient large synchronous generator excitation system is required. In this paper, a current source converter is used for the large synchronous generator excitation system. Sinusoidal pulse width modulation (SPWM) is applied for the control of the converter. An indirect current control technique based on dq coordinate is proposed and the bidirectional power flow is realized. The feasibility study on PWM current source converter with large inductance load is presented. It is shown by the simulation results that this excitation system can generate or absorb reactive power under rectifier operation. Under inverter operation, the excitation current decays rapidly, the regulation of excitation is accelerated, and makes ac de-excitaion realizable when a fault happened at the terminal of generator.
