脉冲电磁场联合中药治疗骨质疏松症的短期疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察脉冲电磁场联合中药治疗原发性骨质疏松症腰背疼痛的临床疗效。方法采用随机对照试验设计,将原发性骨质疏松症患者分为3组,A组采用脉冲电磁场联合中药仙灵骨葆胶囊加钙剂治疗,B组用脉冲电磁场加钙剂治疗,C组用仙灵骨葆胶囊加钙剂治疗。治疗前后分别测定临床腰背痛评分和骨密度,测定结果用SPSS软件处理,分别进行组内和组间比较。结果各组治疗后腰背痛均有明显缓解,组间比较A组止痛起效快,腰背痛改善最显著。3组治疗后骨密度均有提高,组间比较A组疗效优于B组。结论脉冲电磁场联合中药仙灵骨葆胶囊治疗原发性骨质疏松疗效明显,联合治疗可能有叠加作用。Objective It is to observe the short term effect of pulsed dectro-magnetic fidds combining with traditional Chinese medicine on back pain induced by primary osteoporosis. Methods Patients with primary osteoporosis were randomly divided into three groups, group A was treated with pulsed electro-magnetic fields combining with traditional Chinese mediclne（Xianling Gubao Capsule） and calcium, group B treated with pulsed electro-magnetic fields combining with calcium, and group C treated with Xianling Gubao Capsule combining with calcium. Clinical scoring on back pain and bone densitome- try were evaluated or determined before and after treatment. The results were compared between and among groups and the data was treated statistically with SPSS 11.0. Results Back pain was relieved significantly in all groups, but markedly in group A. Bone densitometry increased in all groups in some degree, but the effect in group A was better than that in group B. Conclusion Pulsed electro-magnetic fields combining with traditional Chinese medicine （Xianling Gubao Capsule） has significant effects on primary osteoporosis, which maybe results from superposition of treatment effects.
