摘  要:在工程实际中广泛应用着封闭式周转轮系。传动效率计算是衡量封闭式周转轮系性能的一个重要指标,而确定转化轮系中功率流向,判断封闭式周转轮系中有无封闭功率流,是计算传动效率前首先要解决的问题。利用差动轮系中基本构件的传动比与转化轮系的传动比,推导出了确定功率流向、判断有无封闭功率流和传动效率计算的简化公式。所推公式简单实用,避免了繁琐的计算,为封闭式周转轮系的分析和设计提供了理论基础。Closed epicyclic gear trains have been widely applied in the experience of industry due to its wide speed ratio range, big transmission power, compact structure. Transmission efficiency is an important property. Confirmation of power flow direction in transformation gear trains and judgement of closed power flow in closed epicyclic gear trains are chief problems should be solved before calculating efficiency. According to basic components transmission ratio in rential gear trains and transmission ratio in transformation gear trains, simple and convenient formulas for confirmation of power flow direction ,judgement of closed power flow and the transmission efficiency calculation were gained. The formulas were concise and avoided complex calculation, which set up a firm foundation for analysis and design of 2K-H closed epicyclic gear trains.
