摘　　要：花板是袋除尘器中标准约束相当严格的部件,主要体现在平面度、位置度、粗糙度等方面。除此之外,成本、加工水平、设备能力等也是制约花板加工方式选择的重要因素。主要探讨了切割、冲孔、钻、镗等工艺加工花板的情况,以期企业选择最为合适的工艺方式来生产花板。Tube sheets are very strict components in bagfilters,mainly reflecting in flatness, position, roughness, and so on. In addition, the cost, processing level, capacity of equipment and so on, are also important factors in choosing the way to process the tube sheets. It mainly discusses the situation of cutting, punching, appropriate drilling, boring and so on in processing the tube sheets, with the hope of choosing the most technology approach to the process them for the enterprises.
