摘　　要：通过对小车架整体结构进行有限元分析,指出小车架的高应力区,分析小车架发生裂损的原因,提出改造方案并对改造方案进行有限元仿真,分析改造效果。In order to find out the reason which the car frame of crane damaged, the whole car frame of molten crane is analyzed by finite element analysis method.Point out the high stress areas through analyzing the computed result, propose scheme for improvement and analyze the effect of the improvement.
