摘　　要：锻钢冷轧辊是轧制冷轧板、有色金属的一种重要工具,因为锻钢冷轧辊的强度、硬度高,塑性、韧性好,抗冲击载荷能力强,所以锻钢冷轧辊的切削加工一直是一个难题。通过对锻钢冷轧辊的性能分析,以及对大量生产实践的总结,提出了合理的锻钢冷轧辊切削加工工艺改进措施,基本解决了锻钢冷轧辊切削加工困难的难题。The forged steel cold milling roll is an important tool of rolling cold steel board and non-ferrous metal Because the high intension and hardness, good plastic and toughness, strong ability of resisting impact load, the cutting of forged steel cold milling roll is a problem all along. Through analyzing the capability of the forged steel cold milling roll and summing up a great deal of practice of manufacture, the paper puts forward the reasonable measures of the improvement of machining process. The problem of cutting of the .forged steel cold milling roll is basically solved.
