摘　　要：介绍了零传动滚齿机和电子齿轮箱的概念,运用电子齿轮箱技术解决了零传动滚齿机的内联传动问题,并分析了其实现原理,最后给出了内联传动在西门子数控系统中的具体实现以及相关程序。It introduces direct-drive gear hobbing machine and the concept of electronic gearbox, solves the problem of inner-linked transmission of direct-drive gear hobbing machine with electronic gearbox, and analyzes the principle of its realization, finally it shows realization of inner-linked transmission in SIEMENS CNC system and gives the NC programs about it.
