摘  要:采用微波法制备低聚合度多聚甲醛(PF),考察了助剂种类、微波功率、微波辐射时间等对PF中甲醛含量、PF收率和PF平均聚合度的影响。实验结果表明,微波法可大大加快聚合反应和脱水反应的速率、缩短反应时间。在微波功率300W、物料表面温度52℃、反应时间25min、二甲胺质量分数为0.04%的条件下,PF中的甲醛质量分数达到95.71%,PF收率为74.67%,PF平均聚合度小于20。同时,采用二次回归模型描述了微波功率和反应时间等因素与PF中甲醛含量和PF收率的关系,模型计算值与实验值拟合良好,PF中甲醛含量的平均相对误差为1.38%,PF收率的平均相对误差为4.01%。Synthesis of low polymerization degree paraformaldehyde (PF) under microwave irradiation was studied. Effects of microwave irradiation power, time and promoter on yield of PF were investigated. Microwave irradiation remarkably accelerates reaction and shortens reaction time. Formaldehyde content in PF and yield of PF reach 95.71% and 74.67% respectively. The average polymerization degree of PF is below 20 under microwave power 300 W, material superficial temperature 52 ℃, reaction time 25 rain and mass fraction of dimethylarnine as promoter 0.04%. A mathematical model of relationship of formaldehyde content in PF, yield of PF and microwave irradiation technological parameters were established by means of binary regression. Calculated values are well fitted with observed and average relative deviations of formaldehyde content and PF yield can reach 1.38% and 4.01%.
