摘 要:合成了α-甲基丙烯酸高级酯-马来酸酐-醋酸乙烯酯(AMV)三元共聚物,以AMV三元共聚物为柴油降凝剂,测定了α-甲基丙烯酸高级酯单体和AMV三元共聚物的红外谱图,分析了影响AMV三元共聚物降滤效果的主要因素,将一种α-甲基丙烯酸混合醇酯的AMV三元共聚物与两种市售降凝剂分别进行复配,比较了复配前后的降滤效果。实验结果表明,在单体α-甲基丙烯酸十六酯、马来酸酐、醋酸乙烯酯的摩尔比为4.0:1.0:2.0,聚合温度80℃,聚合时间5h,引发剂用量5.0g/mol的条件下合成的AMV三元共聚物可将柴油冷滤点降低3~4℃。AMV三元共聚物与宜兴EVA降凝剂复配后,对大庆5#柴油和济南0#柴油的降滤性能提高;与德国DODIFLOW4744降凝剂复配后,对辽河0#柴油的降滤性能提高。Methacrylate ester(A) -maleic anhydride(M)-vinyl acetate(V) (AMV) terpolymers used as diesel pour point depressants were synthesized. The terpolymers were charactered by means of IR. Important factors influencing cold filter plugging point (CFPP) reduction were also discussed. As an example, under optimum polymerization conditions : n ( methacrylate cetylester) : n (M) : n (V) 4.0 : 1.0 : 2.0,80℃, 5h, benzoyl peroxide dosage 5.0 g/mol, the terpolymer obtained can reduce the CFPP of diesel by 3 -4 ℃. By mixing the above obtained AMV terpolymer seperately with two other kinds of pour point depressants for sale, with Yixing EVA named as mixture Ⅰ and with Germany DODIFLOW 4744 named as mixtue Ⅱ. CFPP reduction of the two mixtures was compared with any of the two depressants on market. Mixture I is better in CFPP reduction for Daqing 5^# and Jinan 0^# diesel than that of Yixing EVA, while mixtue Ⅱ displays better effect on Liaohe 0^# diesel than that of Germany DODIFLOW 4744.
