摘　　要：首先分析了WCDMA系统的测量过程,指出了测量报告对于定位研究的作用;其次,介绍了解析测量报告中所含信息元素的方法;最后,将该方法与通用的解码器进行比较,指出其优点和适用情况。Firstly,the paper analyzes the measurement procedure in WCDMA system and points out the effect of measurement report on radio positioning. Secondly, this paper designs a method for getting parameters from measurement report. Finally, it points out the situations that the method can be applied and compares the method with universal decode devices, then the excellence of the method is displayed.
