摘 要:目的研究组合式骨牵引(CTBT)的生物力学性能及其对跟骨骨折固定的有效性,为临床应用提供理论依据。方法建立6具新鲜跟骨骨折模型,对其进行组合式骨牵引固定,并作应力分析,并对组合式骨牵引支架进行强刚度测定。结果组合式骨牵引治疗跟骨骨折的强度、刚度、稳定性均满足生物力学的性能要求,达到并超过正常足承载能力(P<0.05)。组合式骨牵引支架的强、刚度和承载能力完全能够满足正常足的要求,创伤小,安全可靠。结论组合式骨牵引治疗跟骨骨折符合生物力学原理,不但强、刚度高,承载能力大,而且固定坚强,贴合,稳定性好,是目前治疗跟骨骨折理想的外固定器械。Objective To explore the biomechanical properties of CTBT(combind type bone traction ) in the treatment of calcaneal fracture. And the validity of the fixation is evaluated in order to provide a theoretical basis for clinical application. Methods In stress analysis method, a total of 6 cases of calcaneal fractures are analyzed in which the stiffness and strength of the CTBT are tested. Results Strength, rigidity, Carrying Capacity and stability of the CTBT are tested in the treatment ofcalcaneal fractures that meet the requirements of Biomechanics. The calcaneal fracture fixation device achieves and exceeds the normal carrying capacity of the foot(P〈0.05). Conclusion CTBT with high intensity, Carrying Capacity and stability is a better choice in the treatment of calcaneal fractures as a kind of external fixation device.
