摘 要:分析了CASS工艺中污染物的去除机理,介绍了当前CASS工艺自控系统对DO、污泥回流和滗水过程的控制现状。指出污染物浓度控制、反应时间控制和流量控制等3种控制方案的优缺点,强调应以第1种控制为主,并充分利用传感器技术、通信技术、自动控制技术的新成果,实现对污水处理过程的自动控制。最后展望了智能控制在水处理过程中的应用前景。The mechanisms of the disposal of contaminations in CASS were analyzed and the current automation system to the control of DO, sludge circumfluence and drainage of CASS was presented. The advantages and disadvantages of the three techniques, contamination concentration control, reaction time control, and flow control were pointed out. It was emphasized that the first technique should be used to realize the automation control of the whole process of wastewater treatment, combining with the new technologies in sensor, communication and automation. Finally, the applications of intelligent control in the water treatment process were prospected.
