摘 要:随着我国石油工业的发展,原油储罐数量不断增加,其腐蚀问题不容忽视。结合某石化公司炼油厂50000 m3重油罐内壁阴极保护工程,讨论了油罐内壁阴极保护的方法及必要性。通过对罐底板保护前后的电位测量,结果在-0.85^-1.05 V之间,验证了该设计施工可行有效,使底板及罐壁得到了阴极保护。As the development of oil industry in our country, the amount of oilcans is increasing continuously, more attention more and more in corrosion area is needed. The cathodic protection technique was discussed combining with the protection engineering of the inside-wall of the 50000 cube meters tank for base oil in a refinery. The design of project was proved to be correct by potential testing, which was between -0.85V and - 1.05V of the soleplate, and the inside-wall of the tank was protected effectively.
