摘  要:在pH6.0的KCl底液中,钒(Ⅴ)-荧光镓(LMG)配合物产生一灵敏的极谱吸附波,峰电位在-0.86V(vs·SCE),二次导数峰高与钒(Ⅴ)浓度在3.9×10-9~3.9×10-6mol/L范围内里线性关系,检测限为2.0×10-9mol/L.研究了电极反应机理,方法已成功地应用于自来水中机的测定.A sensitive adsorptive complex wave of Vanadium (Ⅴ)-Lumogallion was obtained by using single-sweep polarography in 0.1 mol/L Potassium chloride solution (pH=6. 0). The peak potential is-0. 86 V(vs. SCE). The peak height is proportional to the concentration of Vanadium over the range of 3. 9×10-9 ~3. 9×10-6mol/L. The limit of detection for Vanadium is 2. 0×10-9mol/L. The mechanism of the electrode reaction has been studied and the proposed method has been successfully applied to the determination of Vanadium in tap water.
