摘 要:以氯化锡晶体为原料,草酸为添加剂制得前驱物,在氮气氛保护下,550℃反应25min制备出一种浅黄褐色非计量比氧化锡。从样品的电阻率、颜色、XRD图谱、比表面积及红外图谱入手,分析了产物的组成及性质,并将优化产物引用到导电涂料领域中。研究结果表明:本法制得的产物晶粒小、电阻率低、颜色浅,在浅色导电及防静电涂料中有着潜在的应用价值。One kind of lawny nonstoichiometric tin oxides is synthesized by decomposing precursor which is prepared by SnCl4· 5H2O as raw material and oxalic acid as additive in nitrogen atmosphere at 550℃ for 25min. The composition and properties of samples are analyzed through resistivity, color, powder X-ray diffraction, specific surface area and IR analysis. Then the optimal product is applied in conductive coating. The study indicates that the product prepared by the method mentioned above owns small size, low resistivity, light color and potential application in the light color conductive and antistatic coating field.
