摘 要:采用热台偏光显微镜对2种组分不同的煤沥青升温至550℃的中间相的形成过程进行观察。结果表明:2种煤沥青中间相的形成过程存在差别,原生喹啉不溶物(PQI)对中间相的形成有明显的影响。PQI控制着中间相小球的成核,而且控制着中间相小球的融并。高PQI煤沥青中间相的形成有成核、长大、融并的过程,到550℃左右时复球解体形成域型结构和镶嵌型结构并存的沥青炭。低PQI煤沥青在升温初期没有发现中间相小球,随着温度的升高,在熔融沥青边缘处迅速出现沟槽状结构,并迅速扩展至整个平面,形成流线型沥青炭结构。Two kinds coal-tar pitch which have different primary QI contents are heated to 550℃ in hot stage,and the formation processes of mesophase are observed through polarized optical microscopy. The result shows that there are different formation processes in carbonization behavior between coal-tar pitches. The PQI affects the for- mation of mesophase spheres in evidence. PQI controls not only the coalescence of mesophase spheres but also the nu- cleation of new spheres. The formation of mesophase for high content PQI coal-tar pitch is provided with the processes of nucleation, growth and coalescence. When the temperature gets to 500℃, the spheres disaggregate, and form the pitch-derived carbon with the texture of domain type and mosaic type. However, during the early stage of carbonization of low PQI content coal-tar pitch, there is no sphere can be observed, With the temperature raises, lots of grooves appear rapidly at the edge of melted coal-tar pitch, then extend to the whole plane, and form the pitch-derived carbon in the form of sheet.
