摘  要:目的探讨深圳地区儿童荨麻疹的发生与过敏原之间的关系。方法采用过敏原体外检测试剂盒对417例荨麻疹患儿进行血清过敏原特异性IgE的检测。结果351例(84.17%)患儿过敏原筛查阳性,其中172例(41.25%)患儿对2项或2项以上过敏原过敏;吸入组主要对粉尘螨、屋尘、点青霉等真菌及夏季花草过敏,且对粉尘螨、屋尘、点青霉等真菌过敏的阳性率随年龄增长而增高;食物组主要对鱼类、虾、蟹、贝及菇类过敏,且对鱼类、虾、蟹、贝过敏的阳性率随着年龄增长而下降。结论深圳地区患儿荨麻疹的发生与过敏原有密切关系,粉尘螨、霉菌、夏季花草、海鲜及菇类是深圳地区荨麻疹患儿常见的病因。Objective To investigate the relationship between allergens and the causes of childhood urticaria in Shenzhen. Methods The serum specific IgE of ingestive and inhalant allergens were detected by allergen In Vitro Test kit in 417 urticaria children. Results 84.17% (351/417) urticaria children showed positive reaction to at least one of the allergens and 41.25% (172/417) to two or more than two allergens. Dermatophagoides, house dust, mould and smnmer plants were the main inhalant allergens and the hypersensitive positive rate of Dermatophagoides,house dust and mould was gradually increased along with the increasing age of urticaria children. Fish, shrimp,crab,shellfish and mushrooms were the main ingestive allergens and the positive rate of sea food was gradually decreased along with the increasing age of the cases. Conclusion The exposure to the allergens is closely associated with the occurrence of childhood urticaria in Shenzhen. Furthermore, Dermatophagoides, house, dust, mould, summer plants, sea food and mushrooms are the mian etiological factors of childhood urticaria in Shenzhen.
