硅橡胶/PVPP水凝胶共混型吸水膨胀材料的制备及性能研究

摘　　要：采用共混法制备硅橡胶/聚乙烯基吡咯烷酮(PVPP)水凝胶吸水膨胀材料,研究其吸水膨胀性能和物理性能。试验结果表明,随PVPP水凝胶用量的增大,硅橡胶/PVPP水凝胶复合材料表面亲水性显著提高,体积膨胀率增大,物理性能降低。The water swelling material based on the silicone rubber/polyvinyl polypyrrolidone （PVPP） hydrogel blends was prepared,and its water swelling properties and physical properties were investigated. The results showed that when the addition level of PVPP hydrogel increased, the surface hydrophilic properties of silicone rubber/PVPP hydrogel composite significantly improved, and the volume swelling ratio of the composite increased, while the physical properties decreased.
