苯丙乳液改性天然胶乳的研究

摘　　要：以乳液聚合法制备苯丙乳液,并采用苯丙乳液对预处理的天然胶乳进行改性,研究改性天然胶乳的性能。结果表明,以甲基丙烯酸酯类单体与苯乙烯合成的苯丙乳液对经过预处理的天然胶乳进行改性,当苯丙乳液/天然胶乳用量比不超过50/50时,改性天然胶乳的稳定性优异,改性天然胶乳胶膜的物理性能良好。A styrene-acrylic emulsion was prepared by emulsion polymerization and used to modify the pretreated natural rubber latex,and the properties of the modified natural rubber latex were investigated. The results showed that,by using styrene-acrylic emulsion prepared with methacrylate monomers and styrene,when the mass ratio of styrene-acrylic emulsion to natural rubber latex was less than or equal to 50/50, the stability of the modified natural rubber latex was excellent, and the mechanical properties of the latex film were good.
