摘　　要：从中医文献对肠易激综合征病因病机的认识,以及辨证论治、方药加减、针灸治疗、针药结合和中西医结合治疗等方面进行综述,肯定中医药在防治肠易激综合征方面积累的丰富经验及明确疗效,同时也提出了其今后发展的趋势。Review from the cognition for etiology and pathogenesis in TCM＇ s literature, distinction and treatment, modified prescription, acupuncture therapy, combined treatment of acupuncture and prescription, as well as combined treatment by TCM and modem medicine, we can affirm that TCM have abundant experience in prevention and cure of IBS, and have clear-cut therapeutic effect, meanwhile raise the evolutionary tendency of its research.
