耳穴贴压配合心理干预治疗血液透析并发抑郁症的疗效

摘　　要：目的观察耳穴贴压配合心理干预治疗维持性血液透析并发抑郁症的疗效。方法将60例维持性血液透析并发抑郁症的患者随机分为2组,每组各30例。治疗组在常规血液透析的基础上采用耳穴贴压配合心理干预,8周为1个疗程,共治疗2个疗程;对照组仅进行常规血液透析治疗。分别在治疗后4周和8周采用抑郁自评量表(SDS)评定和测定血白蛋白水平来评价疗效。结果治疗组减分率明显高于对照组(p<0.05);治疗组总有效率为76.7%,对照组为23.3%,治疗组明显高于对照组(p<0.05);治疗组血白蛋白升高(p<0.05)。结论耳穴贴压配合心理干预对维持性血液透析并发抑郁症的患者具有良好的疗效。Objective：To observe the curative effect of ear point taping and pressing and psychological intervention therapy in patients of depression complicated by sustained hemodialysis,nethod：60 cases of depression complicated by sustained hemodialysis in patients with chronic renal failure were randomly divided into two equal groups：the trial group and control group.On the basis of common hemodialysis,patients of the trial group were given ear point taping and pressing and Psychological intervention therapy for 8 consec- utive weeks,there were 2 courses of treatment totally;The control group was subjected only to common hemodialysis.The therapeutic effectiveness was accessed with the Zung Self-Rating Depression Scale（SDS） and blood albumin level after 4 and 8 weeks respectively.Result：The score-reducing rate in the trial group was much higher than the control group（p〈0.05）;The overall effective rates in the trial group and sontrol group were 76.7% and 23.3% respectively（p〈0.05）.There was a much greater decrease in the score of SDS after the treatment in the trial group than that in patients of the control group（p〈0.05）.In the trial group there was an increase of blood albumin level.Conclusion：Ear point taping and pressing and Psychological intervention therapy was shown to be fairly effective in the treatment of depression complicated by sustained hemodialysis.
