摘　　要：王甫洲水利枢纽是《汉江干流夹河以下河段综合利用规划报告》中推荐的近期开发工程。它的建成有助于扩大丹江口枢纽的综合效益，有利于丹江口电站扩大调峰能力以满足华中电网日益增长的调峰需要，有利于解决从丹江口水库调水后与丹江口以下附近河段航运之间矛盾。从规划角度对本枢纽在汉江流域规划中的地位、规划原则、规划特点与丹江口枢纽关系等方面作了全面分析，对枢纽完建后的调度运行有较好的指导作用。The Wangfuzhou Project is an earlier development item proposed in “Report on Comprehensive Utilization Planning for below-Ganjia-River Stretch of Hanjiang River”.The construction of this project contributes to enhancing the comprehensive benefits of Danjiangkou Project,enlarging the peaking capability of Danjiangkou power station to meet the increasing peak regulation demand of central China electric network,and improving the navigation condition of river reach immediately downstream of Danjiangkou reservoir.From the angle of planning,the position of the present project in the development and harnessing of Hanjiang basin,its planning principle and features,and relationship between it and Danjiangkou Project are comprehensively presented in this paper.
