摘　　要：长江委工程建设监理中心承担三峡右岸一期工程及左岸部分工程的监理任务。监理中心受业主委托实行“三控制、二管理、一协调”即全面全过程地对施工进度、工程质量、工程投资实行控制并进行合同管理，信息管理和协调各方关系，在各方支持帮助下，受监工程进展比较顺利。４年来，主要工程项目大多能按进度计划完成或接近完成其工程量与形象进度，质量能满足设计要求，投资控制在合同报价之内。监理部在三峡工程的监理宗旨、内容、方式、方法以及与此相应的一系列规章制度，工作程序上提出了一些具有探索与开拓性的见解与作法。Engineering Supervision Center of Changjiang Water Resources Commission has undertaken supervision tasks of Stage I construction on right bank and a part of works on left bank of TGP. Entrusted by the owner, the Supervision Center has implemented controls over construction progress, construction quality and project investment, supervision on contract implementation and information management and coordination among various related aspects. Under the common effort of various aspects, the supervised items have proceeded smoothly. For the past four years, the construction quantity and configuration progress of the most items have been fulfilled on schedule, with construction quality meeting design requirements and investment controlled under contract price. The supervision department has put forward some new ideas and approaches about aims, contents, ways and means, related rules and regulations, and work procedures of the TGP supervision tasks.
