摘 要:支承结构是平面闸门的关键部位,近几年国内在滑道式闸门高压低摩材料方面取得了一些研究成果,金属基塑料复合材料(SF系列、GS系列等)的应用,解决了一些工程实际问题,同时也暴露出不足之处。结合三峡工程中的设计研究和科研攻关情况,对平面闸门支承结构从结构选型、设计轮压、应力分析、轮压试验、轮缘宽度、轮轨热处理、轴承运用以及定轮调整共面等多方面进行剖析和研究,解决了三峡工程中高压定轮支承结构的难点。The support structure of a vertical lift gate is a key part. In recent years, study on high pressure resistant and low friction materials for slide track of vertical lift gate has made some progress. Resulting metalbased plastic composite materials, for example SF and GS series, have been applied to some projects, solving some practical problems. However, there remain inadequacies in these materials. In the course of design and scientific research for TGP, the support structure of vertical lift gate has been studied on various aspects, such as: the structural type selection, design wheel pressure, stress analysis, wheel pressure test, wheel edge width, thermal treatment for guide rail, bearing utilization and fixed wheel coplanar adjustment. As a result, the problem about the support structure of high pressure fixed wheel gate for TGP has been solved.
