复明片对实验性视网膜脱离复位视网膜的保护作用

摘　　要：目的观察视网膜脱离(retinal detachment,RD)所致视网膜组织结构的损害及复明片对视网膜的保护作用。方法将48只家兔随机分为4组,每组12只,除正常组外,其余3组采用视网膜下腔注射透明质酸钠的方法建立RD动物模型,正常组、模型组予生理盐水,西药组予西药混合溶液,复明片组予复明片混悬液灌胃,分别于术后1(RD未复位)、3周(RD复位早期)观察视网膜组织形态。结果RD导致视网膜组织结构受到明显损害,而复明片组在术后1、3周的病理损害均明显轻于模型组及西药组。结论复明片对RD造成的视网膜损害具有保护性作用。Objective To observe the histomorphological injury of retinas induced by retinal detachment （RD） and the protective effect of Fuming Tablet （FT） on reattached retinas in rabbits. Methods The 48 rabbits were randomly divided into 4 groups, 12 rabbits per group. The RD models were induced by injecting Sodium Halyuronate （Helen） into subretinal spaces and the retinas were reattached automatically after 10-14 days. The normal Saline was fed in the normal and model group, western medical liquid in the western medicine group and FT liquid in FT group. And then, the histomorphological changes were observed after 1 week of injection （ the retinas did not reat-tached） and 3 weeks （the retinas had been reattached）. Result RD could lead to the obvious histo-morphological injury in the retinas, and the pathological injury in the FT group was light evidently compared with model and western medicine group. Conclusion Fuming Tablet is effective to protect retinal cells from the injury caused by RD.
