摘 要:目的考察不同厂家甘草配方颗粒中甘草酸的含量。方法采用高效液相色谱法测定甘草酸的含量。色谱柱为Diamonsil C18柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);流动相为甲醇-0.2 mol/L醋酸铵-冰醋酸(653∶31∶);流速为1.0 mL/min;柱温为30℃;检测波长为250 nm。结果不同厂家甘草配方颗粒中甘草酸的含量为11.21~81.23mg/g。结论不同厂家产品中甘草酸含量差异显著。Objective To compare the glycyrrhizin contents in the glycyrrhizin granules of dispensing Glycyrrhizae from different factories. Methods The contents of glycyrrhizin were measured by HPLC with the chromatographic colum of Diamonsil C18 (250min×4.6mm,5μm) flow, the mobile phase of methanol -0.2 mol/L^-1 ammonium acetate and HAC (65:33:1). Flow rate of 1.0 mL/min, the column temperature of 30 ℃ and the detection wavelength of 250 nm. Results The content of the glycyrrhizin was from 11.21 mg/g to 81.23 mg/g in dispersing Glycyrrhizae from different factories. Conclusions The contents of glycyrrhizin were obviously different in dispensing granule of glycyrrhizae from different factories.
