摘 要:实验对比了内管插螺旋线圈套管换热器与普通套管换热器用于蒸汽-空气传热及波纹管降膜蒸发套管换热器与光滑管降膜蒸发套管换热器用于蒸汽-水传热的传热效果。实验条件下,采用内管插入物的强化传热方法,使普通套管换热器的传热系数提高约37%;采用凹凸变化壁面的强传热方法,使降膜蒸发套管换热器的传热系数提高约27%。The heat transfer effects are compared between tube-in-tube heat exchanger with spiral coils in inner tube and common tube-in-tube heat exchanger for steam-air heat exchange and between corrugated-tube falling film evaporation tube-in-tube heat exchanger and smooth-tube falling film evaporation tube-in-tube heat exchanger for steam-water exchange. Under the experimental conditions, the heat transfer coefficient of common tube-in-tube heat exchanger has increased by 37% by using the enhanced heat transfer method with inserter in inner tube, and the heat transfer coefficient of falling film evaporation tube-in-tube heat exchanger has increased by 27% by using the enhanced heat transfer method with corrugated surface.
