摘　　要：新建地方院校在跨越式发展的同时也遭遇许多未解难题和困惑,其根源在于学校定位问题。新建地方院校要主动适应区域社会发展要求,依据学校优势科学定位,培育大学特色,建立技术本科教育培养模式,培养高素质的技术型、复合型、创新型人才。Though developing at a rapid rate, the newly -established local institutions has encountered many problems and confusions , such as how to position their schools correcdy. Newly- established local institutions should satisfy the demands of regional and local development, foster their own characteristics according to their correct positioning. Based on the advantages, they should focus heir attention on cultivating high-quality , innovative and compound talents .
