摘  要:运用杂交试验和统计分析的方法研究了毛泡桐×白花泡桐杂种F1无性系自然接干性状的遗传变异规律,结果表明:①毛泡桐×白花泡桐杂种F1无性系的自然接干性状不仅在杂种无性系水平上存在显著的遗传变异性,而且在杂种无性系间存在极显著的差异性。②毛泡桐×白花泡桐的正反交试验揭示了4对假二叉分枝相对性状的遗传变异规律和无正反交效应的特性。③毛泡桐×白花泡桐杂种F1无性系在通直度性状上无显著性差异,而在其余的自然接干性状上都有极显著性差异。④毛泡桐×白花泡桐杂种F1无性系的通直度性状的差异不显著性是导致毛泡桐×白花泡桐杂种F1无性系普遍自然接干不理想的遗传学根源。⑤通直度性状的遗传改良是毛泡桐×白花泡桐杂种F1无性系自然接干性状遗传改良的关键和瓶颈。⑥C1和C6是所有参试的毛泡桐×白花泡桐杂种F1无性系中自然接干性最好的无性系。An experiment was conducted to study the genetic variation of the natural stem-join characteristics of Paulownia tomentosa ( Thunb. ) Steud. × P. fortunei ( Seem. ) Hemsl. hybrid Ft clones by means of cross experiment and statistical analysis. Results show that the natural stem-join characteristics not only have marked genetic variations at the level of hybrid Ft clones, but also show extremely marked differences in the hybrid F1 clones. The reciprocal cross experiments, including P. tomentosa × P. fortunei, P. fortunei × P. tomentosa, reveal the genetic variations of relative characters for four kinds of false dichotomous branching, and exhibit an effect without reciprocal cross. There is an insignificant difference in stem straightness of the hybrid F1 clones, while extremely marked differences exist in other natural stem-join characteristics. The unobvious difference in stem straightness is a genetic origin which results in an unsatisfactory phenotype of the natural stem-join characteristics of P. tomentosa × P. fortunei hybrid F1 clones. The key to the genetic improvement of natural stem-join characteristics of the hybrid F1 clones is the genetic improvement of stem straightness. C1 and C6 are superior hybrid clones among all the experimental hybrid F1 clones.
