摘  要:采用不同培养基对银星秋海棠进行组织培养,结果表明:诱导银星秋海棠外植体产生愈伤组织的最佳培养基是:MS+BA0.5mg/L+NAA0.2mg/L;诱导意伤组织分化出芽的最佳培养基是:MS+BA1mg/L+NAAO.1mg/L;诱导生根的最佳培养基是:1/2MS+NAAO.2mg/L.不同外植体产生愈伤组织的能力大小顺序为叶片>叶柄>嫩茎.试管苗移栽对基士的选择不严,成活率均较高.Begonia argenteo- guttata was cultured in different media. The experimental results demonstrated that the MS medium supplemented with 0.5mg/L of BA and 0.2 mg/L of NAA had ideal effects on the inducing of callus from begonia argenteo- guttata explanta. The optimum medium of inducing callus to adventitious buds was MS + BA 0. 1mg/L+ NAA 0. 1mg/L. In addition, found that 1/2 MS + NAA 0.2 mg/L had the best induced effect on root formnation, ability order of callus induction was leaf> peduncle > young stem; the transplantation of tube plantlets didn' t need spocial matrix; in all matrixes tested the survival the of planilets was fairly high.
