插层复合填料改性纸管胶的研究

摘　　要：纸管胶在使用过程中存在着一些不足,添加改性填料能改善其性能。研究表明:由40%的改性淀粉胶、8%的插层复合填料和22%的膨润土所组成的复合填料,具有较强的吸性,能有效地防止漏胶且增加粘度,在乳胶粒含量相同的条件下,能缩短初黏时间8 s,使纸管胶快速成膜,同时在胶合强度、环保性等方面都能得到很大的改善。There are some shortages in paper-tube adhesive, added intercalating composite fillers can get better performance. Experiment results shows intercalating composite fillers which made up of 40% of modified starch, 8% of intercalating composite fillers and 22% of bentonite have more stronger water absorption, can prevent leakage of adhesive and add viscosity, and can short initial sticky times 8s at the condition of the same content of latex particle. The capability of paper-tube adhesive have more improvement in bonding strength, environmental et al.
