摘　　要：长春花为重要的抗癌药用植物,综述了长春花细胞组织培养中的一些影响其生物量及药用生物碱产量的因素。Catharanthus roseus is one of the important medicinal plants that applied in cancer cure. Research on the cell and tissue culture of Catharanthus roseus and the factors impact on the biomass and the alkaloid contents are introduced.
