摘　　要：采用铁屑微电解——中和沉淀法对颜料中间体有机废水进行预处理。对各种因素进行了单因素实验和正交实验。实验结果表明,在进水pH为5,铁水比为0.375,铁/炭比(V/V)为1,停留时间为60 min时,COD去除率和脱色率都达到80%以上。Pigment -intermediate wastewater was treated by micro electrolysis of iron and carbon-neutralized sedimentation method, the effect of the single reaction parameter and the orthogonal test are presented in this paper. The test results showed that when pH, Fe/H2O, Fe/C and the reaction time were 5,0.375,1 and 60 min, the removal of COD and the decoloration were both above 80%.
