摘  要:提出一种基于MCU的高精密程控电压源实现方法。PC机通过异步串口与MCU通信,远程控制D/A输出,同时使用精密电阻衰减网络压缩电压幅度,提高输出电压精度,输出电压经放大器驱动输出,增强了负载能力。根据大量的测试数据,创造性地拟合输出电压与配置电压值的函数关系,并通过软件修正系统误差和非线性误差,精度可达±1.5μV,完全满足设计要求。The paper proposes an implementation of high precise and programmable power supply. PC controls DA output by communicating with MCU through UART. The output voltage is attenuated by precise resistors network. The precision of the source is improved at the same time. OPA is used to drive the load capability of the output voltage. Creatively the design fits the function relationship between the configuration voltage and the output supply according to a lot of trial data,and it adjusts the system and non - linear error with software according to the fitted curve. The precision of the supply can be in the range from -1.5 μV to +1.5 μV. It meets the needs of the requirement of design completely.
