摘 要:滚塑生产是塑料制品的主要生产方式。现有的滚塑设备已成为制约企业发展的关键因素。研制以PLC为核心控制元件、基于MODBUS协议的控制系统已迫在眉捷。着重介绍基于MODBUS现场总线的滚塑设备控制系统,它由上位机、PLC、变频器组成一个数字通信网络,可方便地实现对现场各参数的修改,将系统运行中出现的故障进行分级处理,并将各参数进行记录。将现场总线应用到滚塑设备的控制系统之后,既可以提高设备的智能化程度又能提高生产效率,同时增强了设备运行的可靠性、稳定性,使产品质量大大提高。利用现场总线PLC,PLD等现代化数控网络技术对滚塑设备进行革新和改造,显著提高现有设备的智能化程度。Rolling plastic production is the main method of plastics manufacturing. The present rolling plastic equipment became the key factor that prevents the development of the company. It is pressing to research and develop the core controlling component based on PLC and the controlling systems according to MODBUS protocol. The thesis introduces the digital communication network composed of PLC and frequency transformer according to MODBUS which is based on rolling plastic controlling systems. It can change the variables easily and deal with the problems occurred in the operation and keep a record of it. After its application, the degree of intelligence and production efficiency can be greatly improved. Meantime, the product quality, reliability and stability of the equipment can be greatly improved. By using MODBUS, PLC and PLD to reform the rolling plastic equipment, the intelligence performance of the equipment is improved.
