摘　　要：对于新设计的PLC控制系统,直接在实际的系统中进行用户程序调试有很大的风险,PLC某个错误的输出信息会导致设备的损坏甚至危及工作人员的人身安全。提出一种采用S7-PLCSIM进行仿真调试的方法。S7-PLCSIM可以在计算机上对S7-300/400 PLC的用户程序进行离线仿真与调试,在程序开发阶段发现和排除错误,优化程序,调试效果好,使用方便、安全,并可降低试车的费用。A wrong output of PLC maybe result in damage of equipment and even endanger the safety of the operator,so it is dangerous to a new PLC system to debug your program on an actual system. S7 - PLCSIM is introduced for simulate program debugigng. S7 - PLCSIM can simulate and debug the program of S7 - 300/400 PLC offline. With the simulated S7 PLC, you can debug programs to find and modify mistake, optimize your programs. S7 - PLCSIM is an effective, safety and convenient mode for PLC program debugigng. It can also reduce the expense of system test.
