摘　　要：配料计算虽方法繁多,但常用的尝试误差法计算费时费力。近几年来推导出的率值公式法,则计算准确、速度也快,对四组份配料相当适用。文章详细介绍了率值公式法的系列公式,并进行了实例配料计算;同时依据率值公式法的计算公式,并采用Excel软件强大的矩阵功能,实现了计算机快速、准确的生料配料计算。Although calculation method for proportion is various, the error method in common use takes a lot of trouble. However, the modulus-based formulation method derived in recent years is accurate and fast and quite suitable for the four-component raw material proportion. The paper introduced in detail a series of modulus-based formulations and some calculation examples. Based on the formuations and by the powerful matrix function of Excel, realized fast and accurate raw material proportion calculation.
