摘　　要：介绍了变频调速的玻璃纤维拉丝机自动控制系统,开关量和模拟量对变频器的控制。讨论了采用PLC的RS485通讯对丹佛斯变频器进行控制的方法和程序设计,而PLC与变频器之间的RS485通讯只需一根屏蔽双绞电缆,省去了模拟量模块,简化了系统的布线,提高了系统的抗干扰能力。The frequency-variable speed regulation system for glass strand winders is described, and the use of RS485 communication of PLC to control Danfoss inverters discussed. This RS485 communication between the PLC and the inverters only needs a screened double-stranded cable, thus eliminating the use of analog module, simplifying the system wiring and enhancing the anti-interference ability of the system.
