摘　　要：进入21世纪,俄罗斯钢铁工业迅速复苏,国内钢产量和表观消费量双双增长。俄罗斯钢铁企业在国内外的并购重组已呈风起云涌之势,其实力迅速增强并加速向外扩张的态势,已引起了国际钢铁工业界的广泛关注。In the 21st century, the rapid recovery of the Russian steel industry led great growth of domestic steel output and apparent consumption. M ＆ A of Russian steel enterprises in the domestic and international fast went along. Its strength was rapidly increasing and accelerating the trend of outward expansion, which has caused widespread concern of the international iron and steel sector.
