摘　　要：测定了2692例孕妇各孕周及分娩期血清、884例新生儿脐血清中的铜、锌、铁、钙、镁，并比较了正常与异常妊娠孕妇血清中的五件元素，为防治姓高症、胎膜早破提供理论依据，并探讨了脐血清与母血清微量元素的相关性。Cu, Ca, Fe. Mg in serum of 2692 pregnant women at different pregnant stage andin umbilical serum of 884 new-born babies were determined. And the five elements in serumof normal pregnant women and abnomal pregnarit women were compared. It provides the theortical basis for the prevention of some diseases during pregnancy. The relativity of trace elemets in umbilical serum and maternal serum was also discussed.
