河南省地甲病、克山病、大骨节病病区不同人群发硒含量及全血GSH-Px活性的对比分析

摘　　要：测定了河南省地甲病、克山病、大骨病病区不同人群发硒含量及GSH－Px活性，并作了对比分析，结果表明，对照组人群发硒含量及GSH－Px活力显著高于地甲病、克山病及大骨节病区，病区之间无显著性差异。The content of hair Se and blood glutathine peroxidose activities were determinded in endemic goiter, Keshan disease and Kschin-Beck disease areas in Henan Province, The results were compared and analysed. It showed that the content of hair Se and GSH-Px activity of normal persons were significantly higher than that of the patients with endemic goiter, Keshan disease and Kschin- Beck disease. There was no obvious difference between disease areas.
