摘　　要：To estimate the internal dose to radiation ProtecTion, the element content in various organs of human body rnust be provided. 100 normal adults in accidental deaths were collected, and the content of fifteen elements in twenty organs and tissues was detected by atomic absorption spectrophotometer.
