摘　　要：随着"5.12"汶川特大地震伤员前期救治工作顺利结束,我们认为:地震伤员发生特点及救治与战时既有相似之处,又有不同特点,医院平时应急卫勤训练组织工作的好坏,直接影响灾害伤员救治水平。本文通过切身体会,对医院面对重大灾害造成的大批量伤员的救治,所采取的应急处置程序总结了一些经验和做法。The article made a summary of the organizing ways of medical treating during the rescue of earthquake in wenchuan county on May 12. The author thought that there was not only similarity but also difference between the characteristics of the wounded in earthquake and wartime. The level of health service training of hospital has great relation to the treatment of the wounded. The author introduced the experiences and methods of treating major wounded in emergency.
